Order Processing & Shipping
We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as we can. All orders are either professionally printed or printed in house. Most of the year, processing time for printing takes 1-4 days before shipping. During the Holiday season this time frame may increase due to higher demand. Shipping usually takes 3-7 days within the US and 7-21 days for International. We can not make any guarantees on the time frame shippers quote.
We expect most Domestic orders to arrive within 7-14 days from purchase and International in 10-30 days. On occasion, your order will need to be shipped from both locations. If so, you'll receive multiple tracking numbers for each shipment. 
 
Returns & Exchanges
At this time, we can only accept exchanges or returns for store credit. Please contact us immediately with and questions or concerns. All returns/exchanges must be sent back within 14 days from purchase. All merchandise must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with tags attached. If items have stains, odors, signs of makeup or deodorant, we can NOT accept them. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the merchandise is damaged or the wrong merchandise was received, in which case, we will cover return shipping to fix. Shipping is not included/credited if a store credit is issued. 
 
 
Lost, Damaged or Undeliverable Packages
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and include pictures/details of the loss/damage. We will work with you and the shippers to help resolve. Please keep in mind, once we hand packages over to the shippers, it is out of our control. If the address you enter at checkout is incorrect or undeliverable by the shipper, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that may be incurred.
